wonder how come the top management did not do anything since there is smthing with one of the departments turnover rate is so damn high ? Wonder how come the head of the department still can sit at his/her position so steady and treat it like nothing happened ?

Ever since i joined the company, at least 90% of them has left, and this 90% includes the 1st and 2nd batch ( meaning, the first batch are the old staff, and the 2nd batch, is the new guys who took over the old staff and they left too ) how bad can it be ?

This shows one thing, for wat i can c here, it is not the work and the stress that make them leave, well, it is other stuff ( if u know wat i mean ). All this person know is to scold scold and scold. How many ppl can work in this environment ? How can 1 person take all the credit and make us all suffer ? Dun this person know tat he/she can sit at this position because of the hard work by us ?

And not to mentioned, this news has been spread at the whole of my company, including other companies too...how bad can it be ? It really reflect how bad it is in this department alone. I am so envy of other departments, where eveyone work in harmony, helping each other, for the benefit of everyone.

When will this be stopped, everyone told mi, working for this company for more than 12 months is alrady a achivement. NOW I BELIEVE SO !!

Tell mi abt it, i really hate ppl who suck it up to this person. damn irritating...not to mentioned the A family....
