Something interesting happen todae...and it really tell u how this person got her post as marketing manager.
happen at 7.15 pm.
Senior (pick up the phone) : "yes, yes, the golf report, what does VGA mean ?"
Look at mi, then i told him : "i think is Van Gogh, wait, i check"
This report is done by mi, so of coz i know how to answer.
S(toking to the phone) : " Later i ask evan to call u back when he find out wat that mean."
Mi : "Who tat ?"
S: "June"
Mi : " what, she again ? what she wan now ? This report was done like 2 months ago, now then she ask mi wat that mean ? abit early rite ??"
After checking wat that mean, ( VGA = Van Gogh), i called her back.
Here come the interesting part.....
After it rang a few times,
June : Yeah !! ( like damn tulan with mi)
Mi : June ar, it stand for Van Gogh.
J : then wat does VGA means ?
M: Er...Van Gogh lor...( sounded damn tulan alrady, dont she know wat i am toking abt ??)
J : ok, then wat does VGA means ?
M ( damn tulan alrady) : Er....Van Gogh lor, To mi , it means Van Gogh, V = Van, G = Gogh, and A = i dun know, but i still use it.
J ( think she is damn pissed alrayd) : Ok, thanks..
I was abt to put down the phone, and she scream : WAIT !!!
M: yeah ?
J(like not happy): er...nvm...nothing alrayd....thanks...
I was like, WTF !!!! dun she understand my english ?? oh man...i was like, i beginning to doubt her qualifications to become a marketing manager lor...dun even ask properly, no phone etiquette, no nothing..wat the hell...ask ppl for favour, ask so nice, when ask for doubts, ask like i owe her money like tat...knn...
AND...............that report was like done 2 months ago, y now then ask ? mi also forget alrayd lor...now then u ask mi....where is your efficiency ??
Anyway, besides all these, of coz, with my ever so cock senior, i begining to learn how to tackle these type of ppl...remember, have to be FIRM !!!!!

life is like a box of chocolates.....
Life is like a box of chocolates --> what do tat mean ? Means tat u control your own life, for example, putting a chocolate in your mouth, what u wan to do to the chocolate is up to you, bite it, suck it, swallow it ( hope u dun get choke ) and puke it ( if u dun like bitter chocolates ). Same goes to life, wat u wan your life to be depends on how u deal with it, u wanna this, make sure u earn it, u have goals in your life, make sure that u succeed in persuing that goal. Dun give up halfway, for that tells u wat your character is, and mayb u not up to doing great things in life...my 2 cents worth...
Anyway, singapore is getting more and more boring, dun get mi wrong, is not that this country is failing, is that there are not much places to go to. Guess wat, i can walk down orchard road with my eyes closed, telling u wat are the shops that are ard town. there is nothing to do. Baby and I always haf to watch movies to kill boredom, and lucky thing we did yesterdae, "THE SENTINAL" was great yesterday, didnt regret it. Thriller, action, away from the roamce and comedies, and Baby was alwyas clinging onto mi, which i like it very much, as the sound system was freaking loud, and the bang shots was a shock to her...keke...
so yeah, we went to watch a couple more movies for the past 2 weeks. 1) take the lead, 2) below eight ( doggies show ). Pretty enjoyable, juz that sometimes, hate it when u are watching show, then these gals behind u is like toking so much...and i was pretty irritated, for i pay 9.50 to enjoy the show, not to listen to your voices...*sheesh*
Anyway, todae was a good rest...slping, playing game, and cant wait to collect my grad on tuesdae, and of coz, celebrating my mum bdae on the 30th at PARISS....

Better start writing coz all my friends are complaining that i do not update my blog when i am supposed to ....*point to the ger who is in malaysia* YES U !!!!
010406 - Sat
Morning - went to bishan to pray becoz of QIN MING JIE, where we supposed to pray the dead, is a kind of respect to do tat, so that in turn, we are blessed with good fortunes. pretty hot day, but in the end, went to my 1st uncle house to have lunch, curry fishhead, chicken, duck, veges. and most impt, play with his two beagles, hugo and copper, for they are so glad to c us, i think they miss us...haha...play with them until abt 2, and went home to get change to meet baby and jeff for clubbing.
Clubbing is fun tat nite, together with shiyuan and felicia, and of coz baby brithday cousin, kelvin. Went to MOS first, wanted to know wat is the hoo-ha abt it, but then i didnt enjoy myself, so we went to DBL O instead, and drinks were on kelvin's tab, so we drank to the heart's content, pretty amused by the way fel is high, but then glad that my friends really enjoy themselves, as much as i did in the end.

Continue the quest of visiting my maternal grandfather grave, which we did it almost every year, it is always fun, for this is the time when we get to mingle with each other and tok crap abt anying. 4th sunt was sugegsting abt going to HK, but then i cant make it, becoase of work. so yeah, what to do when u have to go work and cant relaly enjoy yourself much
030406 - 060406, Mon to thurs
Went to work as usual, but then the only difference is that i am working till like 10 in the nite !! oh man, wat to do when u are dealing with the first week of the month esp in the banking industry. furthermore, i am taking off on fridae, a half day one, so taht i can accompany baby down to HDB to ask enquires on buying a hdb flat. SO TIRED DURING THAT WEEK !!!
070406 - Friday
Took a half day leave, went to a buy a teddy bear for baby, a 65 dollar one, with erverythig included, so cool, with a heart in the bear too..and also a birth cert for the bear...u should got try it, always work with the gers..keke..rite b ?? haha
Adter that HDB we go, ask enquires about buying a hdb flat, with so many questions in mind, after clearing our doubts when this nice friendly lady was patiently answering our questions. With this clear vision of ours, we can go ahead as planned...though i have not proposed to her yet....and she is the one for mi...i sure !!!!
080706 - Sat
Wen to watch ICE AGE 2 with baby, pretty funny movie, should go watch...abit wstupid, but is purely nice entertaining, for all ages, damn nice...go catch it. After tat, drive baby dad car to go for supper, oh yeah, her father allow mi to use his car, so yeah...finally...i think...haha..drive to 85 market in bedok, with jason and jeff, and haf supper...
090706 - TODAE !!
Went to have breaky with jeff and baby, at bedok interchange, then after tat went home...Went to ikea at 3 with her dad car,haha...so good to drive...met up with felicia and lewis,and went to dinner at tcc...haiz...baby always pay for our meals, which i wanted to, but vbaby insist...oh well...wat to do....i LOVE U BABY!!
ok...tat all for the past 2 weeks...wait for my next entry, tata !!!
