Juz dun understand, why companies do not actually give fresh graduates a chance to learn new skills in the working world ? And also, one of their requirements is to actually "1-2 years of experience is required" Is experience that important to them ? They are also in the same boat with us when they are fresh grads. Do they give a thought that where do fresh grads get their experience then ? Because some kind companies DO actually accept fresh grads so that they can gain their experience. If experience is tat important, so y do we get our degree then ? yes, you are supposed to start from the bottom, i agree with that, so does that mean that they are supposed to start work when they are way young ? And from there gain their educational skills ? So the companies meant that they kind of supported the life of half-study, half-work ? Oh my god, get a life, will ya..I am not complaining because of so many interviews, i couldnt secure a job, is because the companies couldn't allow us to gain their so-called work experience where they keep snubbing us for ppl who have work experience.
Another point i wan to take note :
Your job scope stated tat we are supposed to do this and that, then y so we go for interviews, the job scope is different sometimes ? For instance, i went to a interview at some company yesterdae, and the guy sae that this job requires doing sales and such. I was like "AM I IN THE RITE INTERVIEW ?" I tot the job scope say about IT projects. They didnt sae anything abt doing sales wat. Nvm abt that, the guy keep asking mi irrrelevant questions, which i totally feel impatient abt tat, and tat guy juz shoot any questions. Yesterdae interview was the worst i haven ever attended, i could sae. So yeah, PLEASE TAKE NOTE : PLEASE PUT YOUR JOB SCOPE RELEVANT TO THE QUESTIONS U WANTED TO ASK !!!
Really hope tat after CNY, i could get a job, be it temporary, part time or wat, like the companies wanted, EXPERIENCE !!!
